I need to figure out how many targets makes AS spec higher DPS than CoP. Unfortunately this is complicated by AS favoring crit and CoP favoring mastery, resulting in my having a pair of gearsets for my shadow spec. Also, unless Twintop and the other spriest theorycrafters have created simcraft profiles closely matching BRF fights where the difference matters, I don't think the current crop of multitarget sims match the fights where the difference matters (Beastlord, Maidens mostly, maybe Thogar & Flamebender & Furnace). Even more important is when the higher overall DPS on multiple targets is more important than a good burn on a single target, which is more raid comp and execution than gear and spec.
Maybe I'll remember to log out in my AS spec & gear and you can toss that into whatever sims you run and I can do the rest.
