Please remember to sign-up for each raid as soon as you are able. This is extra important if you are NOT going to be at the raid! We tend to assume that everyone will be there, so it's extremely helpful to know when someone is going to be missing.
All raid sign-ups now use the in-game calendar. If you are not seeing it, please let us know so we can fix it.
Beyond that, it's just better for my nerves! Please save my nerves and sign up!

Just an FYI that either Kul or I will always be a little late on Mondays as we have to pick up our son from Hockey at 8:30 pacific.
Sorry guys I'm slammed with customer meetings and travel. A little holiday party thrown in this week but progress will have to go on without a tree. Good luck!

Please sign up for raids people! We are having a rash of no sign up either way, it makes it really hard to prepare what we are going to do when we don't know until raid time.
Last night we had 8 people hanging around for an hour waiting for raid to start before we called it quits. If we had known ahead of time that people were definitely OUT, then we could have grabbed a pug or two and done something.
This isn't meant as a specific criticism of the people who couldn't make it last night. We've all missed nights, forgotten to sign up, etc. But as a group we lean pretty heavily on Skarn to tell us what we're going to do every night and it's not fair to him to have to make those decisions without knowing if our last raider we need is going to be showing up in 10 minutes or not at all.
