Raid times look good, should be able to make them. Better chance if it's 9 PST.
I'm 13/14 exp but I know Garrosh just was never able to get a shot to attempt him on normal. And like to try our heroics eventually.
Few questions I have:
1. What other classes are in the raid group; i.e Locks/Shadow priests/Mages
2. What's your realm like, Pve/PvP Horde/alliance ratio/Economy etc
3. Loot system if it's a /roll ms>os or a "loot council" and see who actually needs it for an upgrade rather than a side grade.
If you guys accept my request and I like what I hear about the questions I asked I may move servers again.
Any other questions feel free to add me on b-tag. It will be your best way to get a hold of me.
Hey, thanks for checking us out. We've been running with just 9 core raiders since losing two key raiders a few weeks ago. We've been carrying PuGs and have Garrosh on farm, so we'll get you that kill. We'll be starting on heroics tonight if we can get a good 10th.
1) For cloth wearers, we have one priest and one mage, no lock.
2) Proudmoore is, in my humble opinion, the best PvE server in the game. Alliance side has a huge population from various time zones and has activity at all times of the day. It's a friendly, progressive environment with tons of successful PuGs going every night.
3) Our Loot system is /roll ms>os with raiders encouraged but not required to pass in favor of a major need for someone else. In practice, you get to know the people you share loot with and help each other out. We haven't had loot drama and don't want it.
Hey Deathfrost, I'm happy to see you're interested. You're welcome to create an alt to get guilded and/or join us on Ventrilo during a raid before you transfer to get a feel for the guild, the raiding environment and Proudmoore as a server.
I've been on Proudmoore since day 1, it is a great server for Alliance. Horde are a little outnumbered (5:1 or so I think) but there's enough of them for occasional world PVP. Before the dedicated oceanic servers were created Proudmoore was suggested by some Australian gaming sites as a server to use and it retains many Aus/NZ timezone players.
As Aanvil mentions, my priest and Krokuss' mage are the two clothies playing right now. We'd still like to get a warlock (cookies are good, bres from someone besides a tank is nice too) but there isn't too much competition for cloth (ask about my glove collection).
After sending a few more flasks/ gold to my mage I'll be in the process of trying to transfer my mage over to the server. With about an hour transfer he should be over there by 6-7pm PST the latest. And I'll try and be on around 7-30/8pm re-doing my macros and keybinds after the transfer since they don't save them. So if there's a spot available for Thursdays raid tonight, I should be able to make it if Aanvil is on since he has me b-taged. And or just try to /who Ðeathfrost me if I still keep my name. (For the Ð it's alt 0208). I have Vent and should be good to go if you need me.
Side note- Got over 9 guild recruitment on the forums and only 5 were alliance and only 2 with in or close to my time range. And chose this one since the other one wanted a trial run Sunday at a time I could not make.) Something to be happy about idk lol. So hoping this new server will be a decent one. made a level one checked out trade/AH seemed active and reasonable prices. So Hope to see ya'll tonight, if not tomorrow or this weekend I may be on for a bit.
