How to Get Bonus Rolls

Now that raid bosses are open on Draenor, you may be wondering how to get the tokens for Bonus Rolls in this expansion. Or maybe you already know! If so, that's great, correct me if I'm wrong on anything here. ;)

The token for Highmaul and Blackrock Foundry is the Seal of Tempered Fate. You can buy these from Fate-Twister Seress at Stormshield in Ashran. (This NPC was not available until today, likely to prevent stockpiling the Seals.) Just like in Pandaria, you "buy" the Seals by turning in a repeatable quest. There are some significant differences this time.

First, each quest only gives ONE Seal. You can still only get three per week, which means you will need to turn in three quests if you want maximum Seals. Second, you can use FOUR different currencies to buy Seals...none of them are Lesser Charms. The four currencies are Gold, Garrison Resources, Honor and Apexis Crystals. Third, each time you turn in the quest and get a Seal, the cost goes DOUBLES. Fortunately, this increase is only applied to the currency you used. If you buy the first with Gold, then the Gold price will go up, but the other three will not change. Here are the prices for the four currencies:

Gold: 500, 1000, 2000
Resources: 300, 600, 1200
Honor: 500, 1000, 2000
Apexis: 1000, 2000, 4000

As you can see, sticking with a single currency gets steep! If you buy all three with Garrison Resources, that's 2100 per week! I highly recommend using multiple currencies to buy your Seals! 300 Resources is pretty low, 1000 Apexis is a single daily and you can probably farm 500 Honor or Gold pretty easily each week. Even though there are 12 quests, there is still a limit of 3 Seals per week.

There are two other sources of Seals in addition to this NPC. If you have a Level 3 Dwarven Bunker, you will get one Seal completely free each week! This free Seal counts towards your 3 total, so you will only need to do two of the currency quests. The final option for Seals is Follower Missions. There are two Missions that give a Seal as a reward. They are rare and 10-hour missions, but certainly cheap since it only costs 25 Resources! Also, the Seals from Missions do NOT count towards your weekly limit of 3! The Mission rewards Seals are a bonus.

One last thing: Is it worth having the Level 3 Dwarven Bunker? Ultimately, that's a question that each of you will need to answer yourself. Building it from scratch will cost 300 + 900 + 1200 resources for a total of 2400. That's enough for 8 Seals at the 300 Resources level! It will take a Large plot in your Garrison, so you will only have one spot to use for the other four Large buildings. You might not like the other four, or you might love them. The Bunker also lets you get Follower weapons/armor for a daily resource cost. That might be worth it too for you. So make the decision for yourself. Is the benefit of the Bunker enough for you? Or are the prices of the four currencies low enough that you don't need the free one? Up to you!

That should cover it! Grab your Seals and get ready to raid!
