Few lines about myself - 38, software developer. I'm play this game from vanilla, with some (sometimes huge) gaps. For some reasons I still coming back to WOW even thought I try almost all WOW-killers.

I'm coming back after 3 month of inactivity. My work schedule changed, was not able to continue to raid with a previous guild and decide to take a break. Also that was new year time...
Experience:
As you may see from armory before that I was 1/7M HM. Was not that bad at that moment...
I will not go deep into my previous experience since that is irrelevant. Also I change class once per expansion so my previous experience was with other classes (vanilla - mage, DK - warlock, WoTLK - warrior,Cata- holy pal, MoP - warlock ).
I prefer to play as a resto druid though balance is an option.

So it will be 5 all-ins at once(I was playing 6-9 tables) for 20% of my bankroll at that moment. Was exiting.
Hey Dikka, great to see your application. We have a resto druid regularly x-realm Flex raiding with us but we're not averse to adding another, especially if you're willing to switch to balance from time to time. We do have plenty of other healers but most are willing to DPS so it wouldn't push our raid composition too far out of balance. How is double RDruid in a 4 heal setup? I can't imagine it is worse than double Disc and we've regularly made that work well.
You're welcome to sit in on Mumble with us for tomorrow night's raid if you want to get a feel for the guild and for raids before you transfer over.
Well, the only combo that matter is HPal+DPriest. Any combination of other classes works fine but sub-optimal (one more DPriest+X may be harder).
If you don't have HPal+DPriest combo - some bosses on Mythic will be harder.
So to summarize:
If you have HPal+DPriest combo - you shouldn't break it by adding another RDruid. if you don't - doesn't matter.
Unless your "ingame behaviour" is somehow drastically different from what I read on this forum - I'm positive I will not be unpleasantly surprised:).

Glad to see the post, it was nice talking to you. We do not have a Holy Pally at the moment, and no expectations for getting one. I don't expect it to be a problem for Heroic. We are not likely to do Mythic bosses. Numbers is the first problem, we don't have 20. Even if we did, a fixed 20 raid size eliminates a lot of the freedom that has made our raids so much fun this expansion. It's been great to bring more people in, even if they can't raid every day. So we'll be sticking with Heroic and planning to clear it each tier.
So long as a pair of Resto Druids won't overlap, then we should be able to fit you in. As Mutagen said, we have several healers that do solid DPS too. The flexibility is extremely nice!
