December Raid Schedule

It's halfway through December and we only have 3 raid days left this year! We will not be holding raids on Monday, Dec 24 or Monday, Dec 31. Trying to raid on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve is a bad idea for many reasons! :) That leaves us just three days:

Monday, Dec 17
Thursday, Dec 20
Thursday, Dec 27

The question is: What do you want to do? Would you like to do a couple "farm" nights in Mogu'shan Vaults? Or focus just on Heart of Fear progression?

I'm currently inclined to hit Heart of Fear again on Monday and get some more tries at Garalon. For the two Thursdays, Vaults may be best. Though just about anything should be fun! A couple of notes. I will be late on December 20. I have a meeting that night and I can't guarantee anything earlier than 9:30. It's really ok to go without me! ;) For December 27, I have no idea how many will be able to show up. Some people may be out of town visiting family or still have family in town or something.

So, please sign up for the three raids! Especially if you know you will be out of town! Also, any preference? Heart of Fear? Mogu'shan Vaults?

I'm inclined to focus on

I'm inclined to focus on progression and trying to PuG MV. I imagine there are plenty of guilds taking time off so finding a PuG shouldn't be too difficult, though finding a group that can coordinate Elegon and Will might be harder. On the other hand, we might benefit the most from consistent clears of MV, especially if we can start doing fast clean kills on Elegon and Will so that farm night includes the first bosses in HoF.

Also, it is a nice time for a break, you all might want some easy casual raiding for a couple of weeks.

I wrote and deleted about

I wrote and deleted about five different opinions here. Basically, I'm excited to push hard on Garalon, but I'm also interested in a fun couple of holiday attitude raids clearing MSV. (plus I want my shield!) Either way, I'll be happy.

whatever works

I haven't cleared MV yet so I wouldnt mind doing that. I'm up for either.

MV

My vote is for MV. We were so close to beating Garalon, and I'm sure that if people got just a couple more upgrades, we'd take him down with no problem.

Kill the bug

I'm ok with either, but i think we are ready to kill the big bug. I just landed 3 big upgrades (yay lfr!) to my tanky/ret set (or my pure ret set) and I'm sure others have as well. That plus some improvements to the positioning that get more double damage cast in on the legs (even if its just the insa cast dots) by our dps and I'm sure he goes down in a couple attempts...

Besides I have seen a lot of pugs for mv lately so I'm sure we can get it done on our own without to much trouble.

Tonight

Since Skarn will be late... perhaps we start in MV and get some bosses down and then see how we are doing. If we have a good group we head over and kill the big squishy bug!

I'm ok with whatever as well.

Go for it!

Yep, since I'm not gonna be there 'til 9:30, feel free to start wherever you want to! Vaults sounds like the best place to start, but it's totally up to all of you. :)
