I apologize being the "new gal" in the group...but I have to ask a process question. How are you guys using the legendary ring? Is someone calling out when it is being used? Is Skarn calling out to use it? Who actually is clicking it in melee or is it decided each raid depending on who is there? Basically, what is the process? What about healing? Not that I expect to heal often but it would be good to know just in case. In general, how do you all deal with it ;-)
Great question! The answer is: We don't have one yet. The reason for that is until last week, we didn't have ANY Legendary rings, so we hadn't talked about it. :) Then, we only had ONE healer ring and two DPS rings. So this last week, the healer with a ring (Diziet) used it whenever he felt it best and I used the DPS ring pretty much on CD. I'm pretty mobile, so I've (mostly) been able to position myself for good explosionating.
Going forward, now that we have more with the rings, we'll need to be more coordinated about it. Overall, it will likely be better for a melee to use the ring in order to position the ending Boom well. For the moment, I'll probably have Luvalot activate the ring. I'll either call out when to use it, or have him use it mostly on CD. I'll call out delays, such as if we are getting to a burn phase and the rings will be ready early. That will vary per fight. Timing won't matter much on Zakuun, for example. But on Archimonde, if you delay the ring for about 5 seconds at the start of the fight, the explosion goes off right after the first Deathcaller spawns. Little things like that we'll figure out as we go along.

I love the answer and can totally go with this. Just wanted to make sure I was up to speed and was ready for whatever happened! Euph and I got ours this week, so I wasn't paying a lot of attention on Monday about the ring because it didn't pertain to me to be honest.
